All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars, exclusive of State and County tax, where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping / Priority Delivery

  • All shipments are F.O.B. Concord, CA. Freight and handling charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
  • Priority and Saturday delivery are available upon request.
  • Payment Methods

    Payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Methods of payment are as follows:
  • By check, drawn on a U.S. bank, checks should be made payable to “Biocare Medical, LLC.”
  • MasterCard, VISA or American Express

  • Damages and Shortages

    Any damage or shortage in your shipment must be reported within 10 days of receipt to Biocare Medical, 1-800-799-9499.
    Hold all containers and packing material until you have advised us of such damage or shortage. Fed Ex, UPS and other carriers’ claims cannot be made without original cartons.

    Products from Biocare Medical often consist of many small items. Only those familiar with the products should check for storage requirements.
    Be sure to check all items against the packing slip. Only by following these instructions can we support your claims.

    Returns

    If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of a product from Biocare Medical, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement, at our option. Returns can only be accepted with Biocare Medical’s return identification numbers and authorization. Please contact customer service for assistance in returning any product. Returns which are not caused by unsatisfactory product performance must be made within 30 days of delivery and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
