Biocare Medical Fluorescent Antibody Detection

Biocare Medical is now selling secondary antibodies conjugated to fluorescent dyes for immunohistochemistry research. DyLight™ 488 and DyLight™ 549 fluorescent detection is provided as a concentrated secondary antibody with a diluent.

DyLight 488 reveals a vivid green and can be used as a photostable alternative to Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). Dylight 549 stains brilliant orange-red similar to Cyanine (Cy3), yet is more photostable.

DyLight dyes are water-soluble and maintain photostability across a wide pH (4-9) range. These bright dyes in combination with the large assortment of Biocare primary antibodies and antibody cocktails provide researchers with fluorescent labels that consistently outperform some of the best fluors in the industry.
