Revival Series of Super Antibody Diluents
The Revival Series of Super Antibody Diluents: Da Vinci Green, Monet Blue, Renoir Red and Van Gogh Yellow are state-of-the-art formulations that improve antibody titers and are extremely stable for long-term storage. The color-coded Revival diluents were compared to the majority of PBS-based and Tris-based diluents available on the market. In the vast majority of cases, titers have been improved 2 to 4 times with either Da Vinci Green, Monet Blue, Renoir Red or Van Gogh Yellow diluents.
DaVinci Green
pH 7.3 with protein carrier and preservative, an excellent universal diluent.
Renoir Red
pH 6.2. Specially designed to work with Tris-based antibodies, rinsing buffers and/or detection systems that use alkaline phosphatase.
Van Gogh Yellow
pH 6.0. Uses ASSURE Technology with pH indicator which signals that a pH change has occurred and may hinder optimal staining if diluent changes from yellow to green.
Monet Blue
pH 7.9. Uses ASSURE Technology with pH indicator which signals that a pH change has occurred and may hinder optimal staining if diluent changes from pale blue to green or yellow.
VP Monet Blue
Specially formulated to work with Ventana systems.

Specialty Antibody Diluents
HPV Diluent
This antibody diluent is specially formulated for Biocare Medical's Broad Spectrum HPV Cocktail primary antibody. Other types of diluents may cause false negatives, cause high background, or change staining performance.
Renaissance
This antibody diluent is specially formulated for antibodies that have a tendency to produce non-specific background staining in IHC techniques: (Synaptophysin, PLAP, Kappa, Lambda). Potent background reducing agents have been added that will dramatically reduce unwanted background staining.
